Les bienfaits de la relaxation

Aujourd'hui, si la méditation de la pleine conscience connaît un véritable essor, tout comme le yoga ou la relaxation d'ailleurs, c'est sans doute qu'elle représente une antidote de choix au stress et au mode de vie frénétique qui impactent grandement sur notre santé.
